I'm actually learning german through Donald Duck comic books :D

We have a dictionary in the house that I pull out when I really need a word, but it's amazing how easily you can get your point across by arm movements before you need to even think about reaching for the dictionary.

Hrr Donald Duck hm? *giggles*

In germany we have a tv serie called "toggolino" The children can learn there english in a simple way ^^

I gues it's a good idea. The program is for children which are still so young, that they not yet have to visit the school. (hu what a composition... sorry it's early ^^)

Hahah, this reminds me of some weird Japanese show, I can't remember what it's called but it can be found on YouTube. It teaches 'useful' English phrases, but the fact is that most of them are weird and how to stop yourself from being mugged etc. o_o; Or how to insult people in English? Hahah.

Think you'll find that most english people even trying to communicate with another english person will just use grunts and arm movements :P
