You think that it's fair that all the Horde races can heal, yet not all the Alliance races can? Give me one sensible reason why, and nothing like "lulz hoard is betta".

Why can Taurens be Druids? Because they protect the nature, and convinced the Night Elves to teach them the ways of the Druidism. Now, why can Night Elves be Druids? Because they're in a perfect ballance with the nature!
Now, we know that certain High Elves were Druids: some of those in El'darath (today some ruins in Azshara - The inhabitants were transformed in Nagas), and some of those in Eldre'thalas (today Dire Maul - The inhabitants were transformed in Satyrs). Now the High Elves of Quel'thalas were some exiles, refugees after the destruction of the Well of Eternity in the Second War. Once landed into Troll land, they allied the Humans and started their invasion, but in a very cruel way. They constructed their new capital, Silvermoon, but being allied with the Humans, made them forget anything about protecting the nature and dedicaded theirselves to the Light. We've spoken about Druidism: the reason why Gnomes can't be Druids is because they do not protect the nature in any how, but they rather exploit it for it's resources.
Passing to the Shamans: Shamanism is a primitive way of Druidism, in which the beliver doesn't want to live in a perfect armony with the nature, but only to protect it, fearing the wrath of the Spirits and the Elements.
Orcs were Shamans. The Draeneis coming on Draenor learned the Shamanism from them. Then it happens that Gul'dan gets corrupted and corrupts the rest of his Orc fellows. In the same time, Medivh gets corrupted and, together with Gul'dan, opens the Dark Portal that gives the Orcs the posibility to invade Azeroth. This way starts the First War between Humans and Orcs. The Orcs are beaten, but some remain in Azeroth. They meet the Jungle Trolls of the Darkspear Tribe in Stranglethorn Vale, which have a certain respect for the forces of the nature, so they decide to teach them the ways of the Shamanism. We know that the Night Elves are related to Trolls: While evolving to Night
Elves, the "evolving" Trolls are doing some changes in their belivings and culture too, so they transform their Shamanism into Druidism. In the Third War, the Orcs move to Kalimdor, where they meet the Taurens which too have respect for the nature, so they decide to teach them too the ways of the Shamanism. Coming back ot our Gnomes, they cannot be Shamans for the same reason they can't be Druids: they do not respect the nature.
We now speak about the Light. While the Night Elves were changing their culture, they developed a new religion: the cult of Elune. This religion was based on the Light and the fellow priests were promoving it. One of the promoters was the same leader of the Night Elves, Tyrande Whisperwind.
The Humans were belivers of the Light, creating Priests for the cults and Paladins for the battles. They allied the Dwarves, and in their Alliance, they teached them the ways of the Light, so they created too some Priests and Paladins. When the High Elves landed and asked for the Humans help in the Troll Wars, they were actually slowly distroing their belivings in nature's power and after some time they addapted the Light to their purose.
When the Burning Legion invaded Draenor and, together with the Orcs, distroyed the Draeneis' capital city, Shattrath, the Naaru landed in their land, and seeing the distruction the demons done, they decided to help the Draeneis. In the mean time, Kael'thas and his Blood Elves attacked the Naaru ship, the Tempest Keep and clamed it as their own. The Draeneis hospitated the Naaru in the new, reconstruced Shattrath and for this the Naaru blessed the Draeneis with the Light.
Now speaking about Gnomes... they were good firends of the Dwarves and Ironforge was keeping contact with Gnomeregan. But the Gnomes were simply too Atheists and they didn't accepted niteher the Light to enter their "beloved" mechanical city. Not that they didn't accepted it, they simply didn't belived in the Powers of the Light and simply remained studying their schematics and inventions. Though Gnomeregan was soon invaded by the Troggs, and order was given to irradiate the city. But this wasn't a smart decision, as there were more dead Gnomes other then dead Troggs. The Gnomes found refuge in Ironforge. Because of this... there might be a posibity that Blizzard could make a healing class for the Gnomes, inventing that in the end, living with the Dwarves for sucha long time now, they started to... let's say just be interested in the Light, if not learning the ways of it.
