Ulduar Raiding

By all accounts Yogg-Saron is legitimately hard. Like, on the order of a night or two of wiping for a regular guild (on par with Illidan, perhaps?).

And these aren't even the hard mode versions. There's plenty of content here to sink your teeth into and I don't see why people are crying about it.

We see comments on the difficulty of a raid dungeon every time we've released one since after Blackwing Lair. The complaints never come from the players who actually did any of the content interestingly enough.

Yogg's causing our guild to growl right now.

People standing in the green stuff plus DPS mercilessly pulling aggro on the Guardians, causing tanks to repeatedly taunt until the things become immune to it.

I think once the idiocy settles, we'll be just fine.

We pulled Yogg a few times last night and it doesn't seem too bad. We made it well into P2 and lived for a good while to get a feel for it as we slowly wiped to attrition.

We should kill him tonight, I think.

Mimiron was a nice fight, finally something kind of hard!

We finally got Yogg-25 down. 10-man version is a joke, however.

I love how Mimiron is so brutal to melee in phase 4. Having to watch out for rockets, mines, Shock Blast, and lasers all at the same time is crazy.

I love how when the northrend sever crashes, I basically see 35 people go offline and then I d/c from the people going offline overload.

I was messing around in Silvermoon on my druid, killing that Champion Vaelresh dude, I hate him freaking prick, then suddenly I get guild spammed: people x15 has gone offline, then I see about fifteen alt charaters log on. it was humourous ^^

I hope my guild can get together and start clearing ulduar! So far we've only managed Flame Leviatahn 10/25 and XT 10.

And hell, we were happy to kill Emalon. x.x

I can't wait to see how long until somebody kills Algalon, with an achievment named 'He feeds on your tears', I have high expectations for that boss. <3

The only thing I have cleared so far is the Flame Leviathan. I didn't down Emalon with my guild, and I wasn't allowed in the Ulduar raids yet. :(

Emalon is a really fun fight as long as you've got competent people.

Took us about 3 tries after the patch on 10 man, haven't tried 25 yet. People weren't paying attention after DPSing the adds and running right into his Lightning Nova...

And I swear, the next person who gets Chain Lightning'd while standing close to me because they don't have DBM installed is going to feel pain.

DBM FTW.

I can't raid without it.
