Ok, if you understand Dutch, you'll understand this, if not - here's the summary:

"De Valies" (the suitcase) is a part of a programme called "Man Bijt Hond" (man bites dog), in which a suitcase is left behind somewhere in the country. Inside are a camera, a microphone and speaker, but the suitcase is locked. Some guy talks to people that come sit next to the suitcase in question through the speaker, most of us silly Belgians actually begin a conversation with the goddamn thing. If it were me, I'd steal it, run off, and sell the contents... ANYHOO:
James (dude with the black hair) is your average Belgian teenager, but he's emo. He met a girl on teh int4rw3bz, Dana and is supposed to meet her there. However, Dana doesn't show up. He calls Dana at home, but her mom tells James she isn't there. The suitcase talks to her and asks if she can contact Dana. James calls Dana. Dana doesn't pick up. The suitcase says "that isn't good, maybe you should buy her flowers?" to which our jolly old James-chum replies "I have no money!" and he starts crying. Poor James! The suitcase is moved by the boy's tears, and suggests HE will buy the flowers FOR James to give to Dana. James kindly thanks him, and calls Dana again, again - no answer. Poor James! The creators of the programme, however, are certified emu-handlers, which is close to emo's. They call the girl and convince her to come, else they'd have to run the show later, due to the emo slashing himself up. Hurray for TV and lucky endings...
