WoW Images. Post me a transparent stock (Must be in .PNG) and I'll do my best to enhance it.

Here is my sample work:

Before: (This is how the stock you'll send me should look like)

How exactly do I make a "transparent stock"? Do I need Photoshop for that?

The best I can do is upload my model and color the background white, and then make a screenshot of that.

You gotta erase the background of your stock image until a checkerboard pattern appears. Once you are happy with it, save it as a .PNG file because this is a file format that supports transparency.

I think that saving the image as a .PNG and making sure the background is white will already give you a transparent background.

You can always download freeware (hint hint: Paint.NET)

EDIT: You can also post me your armory link but the eu armory is failing me atm. :(

EDIT 2: Manipulated.

Sorry, but I was trying to get my mage casting a fireball but it seems I can't exactly erase every little line. Do you know how to get the details of the fireball besides zooming inn extremely close and erasing every little pixel? or is it impossible and should just show him standing up? (using paint.net but I can try to get photoshop 30 day free trail if it is easier that way).

If not it is cool hehe I can live without it.

Last time I ever used photoshop in detail was in my art class when I was in high school so after 4 or so years I completely forgot everything.

Well, you won't really need to erase every little line because that would be overkill. o.o

Although it is possible and easy to do, there can be a ricochet. You can use the Wand tool and select the fireball then go to Effects > Blur > Gaussian Blur at the radius of [1]. Although if you can provide me the image, I can make a small tutorial XD

EDIT: You also might wanna check the PDN forums. I learned ALOT from the forums.

I wasn't sure if the wings were really needed. Maybe they don't even look like wings
