Drove from Vancouver to LA in a single drive (and return trip).
Woke up at 7:00 am to catch a plane to Vancouver, drove the rest of that day, the next night, the next day again and eventually arrived in LA around 11:00. Went to sleep around 1:00.
Grand Total: 43 hours awake.
On the return, I woke up in Anaheim at 9:00am, had lunch and started driving, drove all night and the next day, arrived in Vancouver around 2:30pm. Went to sleep around 8:00 pm.
Grand Total: 35 hours awake.
Let's just say that driving that much and sleeping that little in a 7 day period totally wrecks you for a while afterwards. I am still tired.
