To save miji , here is a real recepie

Take spagethi , sauce and olive oil

1) take a big pan and fill it with water
2) boil the water
3) when its boiling add some olive oil and add the spagethi
4) mix it a bit but don't spill water
5) let the spagethi cook for 8 minutes
6) remove the water out of the pan
7) add the sauce ( just cold works best )
8) mix the sauce with the spagethi and close the pan , now wait a few more minutes to warm the sauce and spagethi
9 ready to eat

10 and ofcourse PROFIT

1. Can of Ravioli.
2. Open can (Careful! Edges may be sharp.).
3. Place contents of can in a bowl.
4. Cover top of bowl with plastic wrap.
5. Place bowl in microwave.
6. Run microwave on high setting for 1-1.5 minutes.
7. Remove bowl from microwave.
8. Remove plastic wrap.
9. Eat plastic wrap.

I also have a great recipe for some spaghetti sauce but I'm too lazy to type it up right now.

using the previous recipie for toast you could make beans on toast :)

have actually got a few cookbooks with easy and/or 30min recipies :)

i.e

ciabatta with mozzarella and grilled onions
prep 3min cook 7min

ingrediants
1 ciabatta loaf
60ml/4 tbsp red pesto
2 small mild onions
oil (for brushing)
225g/8oz mozzarella cheese
8 black olives

1 preheat the grill to high. Cut the bread in half horizontally and toast lightly. Spread with the red pesto. Leave the grill on.

2 peel the onions and cut them horizontally into thick slices. brush with oil and grill for 3 mins until lightly browned.

3 slice the cheese and arrange over the bread. lay the onion slices on top and scatter some olives over.Cut in Hald diagonally. PLace under the hot grill for 2-3 mins until the cheese melts and the onion chars.

or try halved baguettes topped with cherry tomatoes and goats cheese
