probably just like with my rent: Parental help :P.

being under 20 and having a house is near impossible by yourself (and there is nothing wrong with parental help either).

A nice house is roughly 250,000-300,000 (unless its a steal) so in order to do that you'd have to make like 150,000 a year (assuming he started working at around 18 ).

That's an INSANE salary for someone in their 40s, and is nearly impossible in your 20s. [all currency and prices are Canadian, fyi]

I'm 18, and recently a family member passed away leaving me with $100,000. The house I bought was the one I lived in until I was about 10 then we moved and my dad was not able to sell it until now, and all I did was ay off the 20,000 he still owed on it.
I'm here to shit post and chew bubble gum, and I'm all out of gu,/
