I Reactivated

Postby Keydar » Wed Dec 15, 2010 7:26 pm

Its been over a year since I deactivated my account, but I gave in and bought Cata. So I'll probably be online within the next couple days if you want to stop by Lightbringer and say hi.

I don't know how long I'll keep my account active, at the moment I plan to at least get my rogue to 85, and try out some of the new races. I'm afraid if I try to raid I'll fall off the wagon.

It's okay Keydar, you can't really start raiding without serious gearing atm anyway :< Heroics right now are B R U T A L. You need a minimum gearscore just to get in (god dammit blizzard) but despite my hatred of the G and S, I have to agree that it's kind of necessary. I just wish you could set a minimum intelligence level for certain people ;-;

Good luck, and have fun Keydar. So far I heard the questing was good.. for heroics and everything else, it is basically a massive gearfest, gearscore is more important to most people then skill (just look at raptors post on gearscore). I will not be returning though, so I hope you two have fun as I sit out on this expansion and just wait for either SCII: HotS or Diablo III.

I love the vote kick reasons. It allows me chances to be a dick yet funny all at once.

although they are great, the limit sucks. I had a hunter in my group who was just so retarded and we couldn't kick him out. I would of left my self but i would rather finish the instance with a retard than wait another half hour or more for a new one to come up. Even if i healed i would have to wait twenty mins. Tanks are so lucky :(.

Btw: good luck

But us tanks have to take responsibility for everything. We also need to watch aggro, casts, positioning, our health, our cooldowns... and yet get blamed for everything (we and the healers).

But still, I'll won't stop tanking, because I hate the queue times of DPS, and I think I won't stand the stress of cataclysm healing :P

I look at tank queue times as a fair trade off. Sure you get more queues, but you have one of the worst jobs in the game and have to deal with more idiots and faster as well.

:C I still haven't levelled my prot pally to 85... He's sitting at 83 because all I dare use him for is farming (he hasn't done a single quest since Hyjal :B)
